New Practice Members at Embrace Chiropractic
We look forward to welcoming you to Embrace Chiropractic! When you schedule your first appointment, we’ll send you a welcome email including our new practice member intake forms so you can complete the paperwork before your first visit.
Since we’ll be taking X-rays, we suggest wearing clothing without metal so that we get accurate images of your spine. Also, be sure to bring your ID and insurance card if you’ll be using insurance.
Your First Visit
If you’ve completed your intake forms before coming in, this visit will take about 45 minutes. We’ll greet you by name and make you feel right at home. Then you’ll sit down with your chiropractor to talk about your health history and current health issues, as well as what your pain or other symptoms are keeping you from enjoying in life.
We’ll conduct a thorough examination, including X-rays and a motion study. Then we’ll schedule you for your follow-up visit, which may be as soon as later the same day. This allows our doctors to review your assessments and images together and develop a customized care plan for you. We believe in a two-heads-are-better-than-one philosophy, and Dr. Stevie and Dr. Jared collaborate on care for all of our practice members.
Your Second Visit
Your next appointment is our doctor’s report of findings visit. We’ll lay out the results of your exams and show you on your X-rays what’s causing your symptoms. Then we’ll explain our recommendations for care and all the costs involved. If you’re ready to start, you’ll receive your first adjustment at this visit.
